Interior Plant Technician – Bristol (UK)

About the role

Rentokil Initial is looking for an enthusiastic Interior Plant Technician to join its Bristol team, serving customers in Farnborough, Reading and surrounding areas. No prior experience is required – you will receive industry‑leading training to install and maintain interior and exterior plant displays for a variety of commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install and maintain interior and exterior plant and flower displays.
• Maintain scenting units and replace cartridges as needed.
• Assist with the installation of seasonal displays and hanging baskets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create agreed‑upon designs.
• Provide exceptional customer service while upholding a professional image.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence held for at least two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Flexibility to adapt working patterns to business needs.
• Physical ability to install planters, work at heights and handle manual tasks.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check where required.
