Regional Sales Manager – West England & Wales (Dairy Energy)

About the role

Join Dairy Energy, Biolectric’s UK distributor, to expand the company’s presence in the dairy farming market across West England and Wales. You will work closely with the UK team and Biolectric’s Belgian headquarters, focusing on meeting dairy farmers, building relationships, and converting opportunities into signed contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct active field sales, visiting 15+ dairy farms per week and using both existing leads and new networks.
• Assess farm suitability for Biolectric technology based on herd size, manure management, energy use, and farm setup.
• Engage directly with farmers, explain on‑farm anaerobic digestion benefits, and guide them from initial conversation to contract signing.
• Maintain momentum throughout the sales process, follow up opportunities, and drop in on farms when nearby.
• Organise open farm days, customer visits, and agricultural shows to demonstrate technology.
• Build a strong network across the dairy sector, generate referrals, and educate farmers on small‑scale anaerobic digestion.

Required profile

• Experience in direct sales, preferably within the agricultural sector.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region with a valid driving licence.
• Genuine interest in sustainable agriculture and environmental technology.
• Fluent English; Welsh (Cymraeg) is a plus.
• Ideally based in the West of England or Wales.
