Internal Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Account Manager to join KHIPU Networks’ high‑performing sales team. Based at our Waterfront Business Park in Fleet, you will work closely with an experienced Account Director, supporting prospect and customer engagements through phone, email, video and face‑to‑face meetings while gaining hands‑on experience in cyber‑security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Account Director to identify, qualify and grow sales opportunities.
• Obtain vendor pricing, complete deal registrations and prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
• Proactively follow up on quotations, track progress and manage the sales pipeline.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in CRM and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Participate in structured training and mentorship to learn KHIPU’s solutions and services.
