Internal Communications Manager

About the role

Titan Wealth is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to build and lead its internal communications function. Working closely with the Executive Committee, you will shape the narrative that unites a geographically dispersed workforce and supports the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned with business objectives and culture.
• Create and manage an annual communications calendar covering business milestones, people moments and strategic priorities.
• Write, edit and produce a range of content – all‑staff emails, leadership messages, intranet articles, video scripts and presentations.
• Maintain and evolve internal channels (intranet, email, messaging platforms) to ensure relevance and engagement.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic counsel and draft key leadership communications.
• Lead communications planning for organisational change and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering end‑to‑end internal communications programmes.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence across a regulated environment.
• Strong storytelling skills and a passion for creating a unified “One Titan” narrative.
• Marketing qualification not essential; relevant hands‑on experience is critical.
