Internal Sales Executive – Industrial Electrical

About the role

Bridgewater Resources is seeking an Internal Sales Executive for its Gateshead branch. You will support existing customers, drive sales growth and act as a trusted adviser on industrial electrical products.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Deliver outstanding service via phone, email and the trade counter.
• Advise customers on the most suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up enquiries.
• Represent the business in a professional and confident manner.

Required profile

• Enjoys building relationships and providing excellent customer service.
• Sales experience in industrial electrical wholesale or a background in industrial/electrical products.
• Strong commercial mindset with proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Confident telephone manner and ability to learn quickly in a busy environment.
