International D&O Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking an International D&O Account Executive to support a leading Lloyd’s broker operating across London, Bermuda, Europe and global specialty markets. The role involves assisting brokers with renewals, new business opportunities and delivering risk transfer solutions for financial, professional and casualty lines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare formal quotes, contract documentation and supporting spreadsheets for complex placements.
• Review and improve policy wordings, ensure regulatory compliance and accurate premiums and taxes.
• Manage an allocated account list, maintain files and systems according to Paragon guidelines.
• Coordinate with finance to confirm premium receipt and payment, and load placements onto PPL.
• Provide continuous training and adhere to the company’s training policy.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Cyber and D&O insurance, with knowledge of London, US and international markets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask across multiple clients and projects.
• Understanding of insurance regulatory environment.
