International Radio Promo Coordinator (Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking an International Radio Promo Coordinator to join a leading global music promotions agency in London on a temporary basis. The role will start immediately and focus on driving radio and DJ exposure for new electronic dance music releases.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute DJ promotion campaigns for upcoming releases.
• Build and maintain relationships with DJs, artists, labels and management teams.
• Upload and manage tracks on promotional delivery platforms.
• Write compelling promotional copy to support each campaign.
• Produce weekly performance reports for clients.
• Identify and target key DJs for each release.
• Support A&R activities by sourcing new artists and projects.
• Monitor campaign performance against commercial targets and contribute ideas to the overall promotions strategy.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years’ experience in music promotion, a record label or the electronic music industry.
• Strong knowledge of the underground and electronic dance music scene.
• Well‑connected or confident in building industry relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative, proactive and commercially minded.
• Team‑player with a genuine passion for music.
