International Talent Program – Graduate Consulting Rotation

About the role

The International Talent Program is a two‑year graduate rotation designed for ambitious starters. You begin as a Consultant, working on real ERP implementation projects, and rotate through three assignments – a 12‑month home‑country foundation, followed by two 6‑month international placements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and translate requirements into ERP solutions.
• Configure and test ERP software during implementation projects.
• Lead workshops and support customers throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Adapt to different cultural and business environments across international offices.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to relocate internationally.
• Proactive attitude, able to take ownership from day one.
• Interest in consulting, project management, or product management pathways.
