Inventory Controller

About the role

We are looking for a methodical Inventory Controller to join our expanding team supporting both warehouse and office environments. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, investigating discrepancies and collaborating with internal teams and customers to ensure stock integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory data across Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS).
• Monitor daily stock movements and conduct scheduled and ad‑hoc stock counts.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, identify root causes and recommend improvements.
• Ensure stock integrity across multiple systems and owners.
• Liaise with warehouse, customer service and management teams to support smooth operations.

Required profile

• Proactive mindset with ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse logistics and inventory control processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving approach.
• Confident communication skills for internal and external collaboration.

Required skills

• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with Order Management Systems (OMS).
