Inventory & Logistics Coordinator

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to join our supply chain team on a 6‑month fixed‑term basis. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating movements across multiple warehouses, and supporting key customers to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records across several warehouse sites using the M3 ERP system and resolve discrepancies.
- Organise and track stock movements, including warehouse transfers and transport bookings.
- Handle returns, adjustments, rework and disposals in collaboration with warehouse partners and internal teams.
- Support fulfilment activities for key customers by ensuring correct stock levels and on‑time dispatch.
- Produce and review operational reports and KPIs such as stock reconciliation, aged stock and fulfilment performance.
- Build strong relationships with third‑party logistics providers and internal departments, contributing to operational reviews and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Well‑organised, able to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
- Clear and confident communicator with internal teams and external partners.
- Curious and motivated to investigate issues and drive solutions.
Required skills
- Inventory management and reconciliation.
- Experience with ERP systems (Infor M3 preferred).
- Knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
- Transport and distribution coordination.
- Ability to produce and interpret supply chain reports and KPIs.
