Investment Analyst – Nations and Regions Funds

About the role

We are seeking an Investment Analyst to join the Nations and Regions Investment Funds (NRIF) team. The role will support the delivery and portfolio management of NRIF and legacy Regional Funds, helping to increase access to finance for ambitious businesses across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor fund performance and support investment activities.
• Contribute to portfolio oversight, fund manager reviews, reporting and analysis.
• Assist with legal documentation, investment allocations and programme governance.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement initiatives and promote the funds across the Nations and Regions.
• Work closely with fund managers, internal stakeholders and regional partners to achieve programme objectives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and building effective stakeholder relationships.
• Understanding of debt and equity funds and ability to present information clearly.
• Collaborative mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic investment environment.
