Investment Assistant – Film & TV (London, Hybrid)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing studio that creates, finances and distributes high‑end film and TV series. As an Investment Assistant you will sit at the heart of the investment team, supporting commercial aspects of production greenlights from development through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Investment team across all commercial aspects of production greenlights.
• Manage financial, legal and production agreements through the full project lifecycle.
• Track progress of film and TV projects and maintain internal tracking systems.
• Liaise with financing partners, banks, distributors and producers to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Maintain and update financial models for production costs and investment returns.
• Analyse returns across the project lifecycle and flag risks or delays early.
• Collaborate with finance, legal and business affairs on process improvements.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks to support the wider investment team.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a finance environment.
• Demonstrated passion for TV and film.
• Relevant degree (finance, business or similar).
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with contracts and numbers.
