Investment Director – Multi‑Asset Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an Investment Director to lead the promotion of Quilter’s multi‑asset investment solutions across a defined region in the UK. Based at home, you will travel within the South West and Midlands to engage financial advisers, grow assets under management and retain existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Quilter Investment team and champion our market‑leading multi‑asset capabilities to financial advice businesses.
• Own a geographic region, develop new adviser relationships and achieve sales targets for multi‑asset solutions.
• Collaborate with platform sales colleagues to coordinate outreach and delivery of investment proposals.
• Provide technical expertise and sales ideas to support relationship‑management teams.
• Work with marketing to create presentations and collateral that communicate the value of Quilter’s propositions.
• Present at industry events, conferences and client meetings, both on main stages and in breakout sessions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in investment sales or wealth‑management distribution.
• Proven track record of growing and retaining multi‑asset investment solutions.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with internal sales and platform teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the South West and Midlands.
• Strong communication and thought‑leadership skills.
