Investment Support Administrator – Fixed‑Term (12 months)

About the role

We are seeking an Investment Support Administrator on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to provide high‑quality administrative and operational support to the Investment Director and the wider Investment Team. The role focuses on accurate data management, timely reporting and smooth delivery of discretionary fund management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update investment spreadsheets, including risk scores, portfolio data and switching logs.
• Support portfolio switches and rebalancing activities.
• Assist with back‑office system data reconciliation in partnership with Operations.
• Prepare Investment Committee packs, take minutes and manage action logs.
• Produce monthly bulletins and quarterly factsheets.
• Generate AUM reporting and management information outputs.
• Manage the investment mailbox and coordinate internal and external queries.
• Maintain document control, audit files and governance records.

Required profile

• Working towards or holding a relevant Level 4 industry qualification (e.g., CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning).
• Previous experience within financial services.
• High reliability, strong integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent communication, research and analytical abilities.

• Collaborative approach with strong relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel for complex spreadsheet management.
• Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools.
