About the role
G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced IP Litigation Associate to lead complex patent disputes for global clients. Based in London, you will work within a market‑leading, award‑winning practice, handling high‑profile UK and Unified Patent Court matters.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex UK and international patent litigation matters.
- Advise clients on litigation strategy and dispute resolution.
- Manage proceedings before UK courts and the Unified Patent Court.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers within the team.
- Build and strengthen long‑term client relationships.
- Support partners with business development and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with international and multidisciplinary teams.
Required profile
- UK qualified solicitor with 6–8 years PQE in intellectual property disputes.
- Mandatory STEM degree.
- Strong experience in patent litigation, including handling sophisticated matters with minimal supervision.
- Excellent leadership, client management and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset and genuine passion for intellectual property law.
