IP Paralegal – Patents (London) – £45k+ Benefits

About the role
This permanent, full‑time position is for an IP Paralegal specialising in patents, based in London. You will support a busy patent team, handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks and client liaison while developing your expertise in intellectual property law.
Key responsibilities
- Support fee earners with daily duties, including managing prompt lists.
- Liaise directly with clients and respond to inquiries and IPO communications.
- Prepare accurate and timely responses to clients and the Intellectual Property Office.
- Generate reports as required and manage critical deadlines.
- Update the IP management system with relevant information.
- Prepare patent forms and file applications.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a patent‑related role.
- CIPA qualification is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
