IT Administrator

About the role

Grundon is seeking a proactive IT Administrator to join its Head Office in Benson. You will work closely with business stakeholders and the IT Support and Infrastructure Manager to develop, maintain, and improve key business systems and the supporting infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements and deliver system improvements aligned with operational objectives.
• Support development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SharePoint, Dynamics NAV (Enwis), Business Central, and SQL‑based applications.
• Liaise with third‑party suppliers for system support, maintenance, and service agreements.
• Manage procurement and administration of IT hardware, software licences, mobile devices, internet services, and related equipment.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records, including warranties and support agreements.
• Process IT procurement documentation such as purchase orders and invoices.
• Administer access control systems and security passes.
• Coordinate recycling of toner cartridges and other approved consumables.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the IT team and assist end users as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a multi‑site organisation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
