IT Infrastructure Analyst – Disaster Recovery (Level 3)

About the role

This position supports the Technology Resilience & Recovery (TRR) function, coordinating IT recovery testing, maintaining recovery documentation and ensuring governance compliance. The role is based in London with a hybrid working pattern, requiring occasional out‑of‑hours or weekend activity for disaster‑recovery exercises.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate IT recovery and scenario‑based testing exercises across the EMEA region.
• Support the execution of recovery tests, including weekend activities.
• Maintain and update runbooks, technical documentation and recovery procedures.
• Track remediation actions and ensure documentation remains current.
• Liaise with infrastructure, application and service teams to validate recovery plans.
• Assist with regulatory and governance reporting for Operational Resilience and Disaster Recovery.
• Identify and drive improvements to resilience processes for critical business services.

Required profile

• Operations experience in IT infrastructure support with a solid understanding of networking and databases.
• Hands‑on experience in Disaster Recovery and operational resilience initiatives.
• Level‑3 support background within an IT environment.
• Strong documentation, administrative and communication skills, with the confidence to follow up stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple testing schedules.
