IT Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to own the delivery of IT services, supplier relationships and cyber‑security initiatives for a fast‑growing, Microsoft‑centric organisation in the property and investment sector. Reporting to the IT Director, you will ensure that technology is reliable, secure and aligned with business goals while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day IT service delivery and lead continuous improvement programmes.
• Own relationships with managed service providers and technology vendors, holding them to service‑level agreements.
• Coordinate infrastructure, networking and Microsoft 365 environments, including Azure, Entra ID, SharePoint and Teams.
• Support cyber‑security governance, risk management and related projects.
• Lead infrastructure modernisation, tenant migrations and cloud initiatives.
• Act as a trusted technology partner across the business and develop data‑focused direct reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an SME environment as an IT Manager, IT Operations Manager or similar infrastructure role.
• Strong stakeholder management and supplier‑accountability skills.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee complex technology projects and service delivery.
