IT Project Analyst – Hybrid (Derby/Bristol)

About the role

Rolls-Royce is seeking an IT Project Analyst to support its delivery teams in Derby or Bristol. Working on a hybrid basis (minimum three days on‑site), you will report to the VP of M&A and Programme Delivery and play a pivotal part in keeping projects on track and financially transparent.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely updates in the IT PMO and related systems, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility of project status.
• Provide financial data related to IT asset creation, enabling Finance to account for assets and execute charge‑backs.
• Support the delivery team during the project lifecycle with expertise in OPC, SAP, and financial reporting.
• Assist in closing projects correctly, confirming that all tasks are completed and documentation is finalised.
• Highlight delivery risks early, facilitating escalation and mitigation.

Required profile

• Working towards or holding a relevant professional qualification (e.g., APM, HND, Foundation Degree).
• Experience handling, collating, and presenting data using appropriate tools.
• Background in project environments, preferably within an Integrated Project Team or functional discipline.
