About the role

As an IT Project Manager you will lead the delivery of digital and technology projects in a fast‑moving environment. You will work across a varied portfolio, ensuring each initiative is delivered on time, within budget and meets business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of multiple small to medium IT and digital projects (1–3 months duration).
• Collaborate with stakeholders and user communities to capture requirements, define scope and set clear success criteria.
• Define and track deliverables, milestones and KPIs, keeping projects on schedule.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external resources to optimise business capacity.
• Lead, organise and motivate project teams to achieve high‑quality outcomes quickly.
• Proactively remove blockers, drive progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and ongoing financial tracking.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, escalating when necessary.
• Report regularly on progress, providing concise updates to stakeholders.
• Measure customer satisfaction and ensure delivery meets user expectations.
• Continuously improve delivery practices and support the wider project management framework.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering small to medium projects in a high‑change environment.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, balancing priorities effectively.
• Experience working in complex, engineering‑led or technical settings.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Hands‑on approach to driving delivery and maintaining momentum.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with sound decision‑making under pressure.
• Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building effective team relationships.
