About the role

Parkside Office Professional is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join its Information Technology desk in Uxbridge. You will work within a global network, supporting the end‑to‑end hiring process for high‑value IT accounts and building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Run a 360° recruitment desk, managing the full lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Provide specialist advice to candidates and develop tailored business and sales plans.
• Deliver consistent fee performance through proactive activity and a strong attitude.
• Gather market intelligence and share insights with the leadership team.
• Collaborate with Antal International offices to generate cross‑border opportunities.

Required profile

• Ambitious, resilient and driven to succeed in a sales‑focused environment.
• Strong desire to build a career in recruitment with exposure to six‑figure IT accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
