About the role
Join a fast‑growing education‑focused IT solutions provider as an IT Sales Apprentice. You will combine online learning with hands‑on sales training, gaining real experience in a technology business that supports schools and trusts.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their IT support, cyber security and cloud needs.
- Support sales campaigns, generate leads and manage renewals.
- Prepare quotes and update the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with experienced salespeople across the business.
Required profile
- Confident character who enjoys talking with people.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Genuine ambition and drive to succeed.
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn about IT services.

What we offer
- Basic salary of £18,000‑£22,000 per year plus commission (approx. £4k OTE).
