About the role

Lime is seeking an IT Support Analyst for a six‑month fixed‑term contract to deliver high‑quality technical support to its global workforce. The role is fully remote, supporting employees primarily in the United Kingdom and Spain, and will be a key member of the Help Desk team.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of onboarding and off‑boarding tickets, ensuring timely IT setup and deactivation.
  • Provide high‑quality support for technical issues across macOS, Windows, mobile devices, AV equipment and printers.
  • Resolve inbound support requests via ticketing systems, email, Slack and remote tools such as Zoom and Splashtop.
  • Troubleshoot account issues for critical systems including Workday, Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, Jira and Confluence.
  • Remotely address onsite IT problems in conference rooms and office equipment as needed.
  • Document and update IT policies, procedures and knowledge‑base articles.
  • Identify support trends, recommend process improvements and contribute to service reliability.
  • Assist with IT‑related projects and participate in on‑call rotation.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of IT support experience in a fast‑paced enterprise environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
  • Resourceful problem‑solver who can work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience collaborating cross‑functionally and fostering positive employee relationships.
