IT Support Apprentice

About the role

Join a dynamic IT support team delivering services to game development specialists. As an IT Support Apprentice you will gain hands‑on experience across desktop support, service‑desk operations and basic IT infrastructure while working alongside experienced engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the service desk by logging, updating and resolving tickets within agreed SLAs under supervision.
• Maintain day‑to‑day desktop support, including workstations, cabling, telephony and software.
• Support desktop‑related projects such as workstation upgrades, software deployments and office moves.
• Install and configure hardware and software, and help monitor service performance against SLAs.
• Document support activities and solutions accurately.

Required profile

• Strong interest in IT support and technology.
• Basic understanding of desktop hardware, software and operating systems (Windows, macOS or Linux).
• Willingness to learn service‑desk processes and support procedures.
• Good problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under guidance.
