IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line)

About the role

This established and growing organisation is looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join its technical support function. The role involves delivering reliable IT solutions, collaborating with other support professionals and technical leadership, and upholding high service standards as the business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line technical support to end users, both remotely and on‑site.
• Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service level agreements.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, cloud platforms and network infrastructure.
• Perform regular maintenance on client networks, devices, cloud services and security systems.
• Handle user onboarding and off‑boarding processes for client environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload without close supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud technologies and general IT infrastructure.
• Basic networking knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
