IT Support Technician – 1st/2nd Line

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join the Central London office of a leading global social media platform. You will be part of a small on‑site team, working closely with colleagues across EMEA and the Middle East to ensure reliable IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Mac OS and Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Office 365 and digital workspace tools such as Okta, Atlassian, Slack, Confluence, Google Workspace, storage, JAMF, AV and video‑conferencing solutions.
• Clear ticket backlogs, analyse issues, follow up with end users and escalate when necessary while meeting SLA targets.
• Manage relationships with third‑party hardware and software vendors and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support the rollout and maintenance of MDM solutions (JAMF, Intune, Airwatch) and other enterprise technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in an IT support or service‑desk role.
• Strong knowledge of Mac OS X/Apple devices and Windows OS.
• Experience with MDM platforms such as JAMF, Intune or Airwatch.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian suite, Slack or Jira is a plus.
• Excellent client‑facing and problem‑solving abilities, reliable and sociable.

What we offer

• 12‑month rolling contract (initially 12 months, extending yearly)
• On‑site work 5 days a week near Farringdon station, Monday‑Friday standard business hours
• Inside IR35 contract paying £200 per day plus paid public holidays
