Technology Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technology Infrastructure Engineer to maintain and support our internal infrastructure and cloud services. Reporting to the Technology Infrastructure Team Lead, you will ensure the stability and day‑to‑day operation of our IT environment across Windows Server, hardware, security, cloud, identity management and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a 3rd‑line escalation point for infrastructure incidents, driving issues to resolution within SLA.
• Perform routine server administration, patching, configuration changes and updates for Windows Server, Active Directory and VMware vSphere.
• Support HPE server and storage hardware platforms.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft 365 services, including identity and access workloads.
• Deliver technical project work on infrastructure technologies and take responsibility for small projects.

Required profile

• Organised, punctual and detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communicator able to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proactive and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Windows Server administration, deployment and troubleshooting.
• Active Directory and Group Policy management.
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP).
• VMware vSphere (7.0+).
• Entra ID, RBAC, PIM and Enterprise App/SSO functionalities.
• Microsoft 365 services support.
• HPE server and storage hardware support.
• Experience with Azure, GCP (and optionally AWS).
• Knowledge of Terraform and GitHub administration.
• Familiarity with CyberArk and/or Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA).
