Italian‑Speaking Legal Secretary – Up to £60k

About the role

We are partnering with a prestigious US law firm that advises major financial institutions and multinational corporations. They are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary who is fluent in Italian to provide proactive support to a busy team of fee earners in their London office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage busy diaries, coordinate meetings and arrange UK and international travel.
• Prepare, format and amend legal documents.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, delivering service in English and Italian.
• Assist with matter administration, document management and ad‑hoc projects.
• Handle expenses, billing and other administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a Legal Secretary in a top City or US law firm.
• Fluent written and spoken Italian.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with a client‑focused approach.
• High accuracy, attention to detail and a proactive, adaptable attitude.
