ITSM Sales Executive – ServiceNow, Halo, Freshworks, Avanti

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing ITSM Sales Executive to join our global technology business in Reading. The role combines new‑business development with account management, helping clients modernise their IT service operations using leading platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition through outbound prospecting, targeted campaigns and partner engagement.
• Identify and engage key decision‑makers across IT, Operations and Service Management.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to close and hand‑over.
• Develop and expand existing customer relationships, uncovering upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Conduct regular account reviews and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast against targets and leverage market insights to strengthen the value proposition.

Required profile

• Proven success selling ITSM solutions with at least 3 years B2B sales experience.
• Strong track record in both new‑business acquisition and account development.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and commercial skills.
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and C‑level executives.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and highly accountable.
• Knowledge of ITSM frameworks such as ITIL or SIAM.
• Degree‑educated in business/management or equivalent experience.
