About the role
We are seeking a Joinery Manager to lead our on‑site joinery operations at our Bootle location. The role involves overseeing daily activities, managing stock, and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise a team of joinery staff and coordinate work schedules.
- Maintain health and safety standards across the joinery department.
- Manage inventory, stock levels and supplier relationships.
- Prepare fire‑door quotations and handle customer enquiries.
- Ensure product quality and contribute to sales and profitability targets.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of joinery products, materials and trade practices.
- Experience in inventory management and supplier coordination.
- Proven ability to lead and schedule a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
