Junior Account Manager – Leadership Development

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to join Now & Co’s growing client portfolio. The role is designed for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who want to build a long‑term career in account management, sales and leadership, working closely with senior Account Managers and Sales Leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management and growth of client accounts.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver strategic campaigns.
• Maintain client communication across multiple channels and nurture relationships.
• Prepare reports, proposals and presentations for internal and client use.
• Analyse campaign performance and suggest strategic improvements.
• Assist in onboarding and development of new team members as you progress.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, growth‑driven mindset with leadership potential.
• Organised, analytical and comfortable taking initiative.
• Degree in marketing, business or a related field preferred.
• Experience in sales, marketing or customer service is a plus.
