Junior Compliance Analyst – Liverpool

About the role
Join a prestigious global law firm as a Junior Compliance Analyst within the Business Acceptance team in Liverpool. You will support the Manager and Senior Analysts in the intake of new clients and matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and contributing to the firm’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Perform day‑to‑day tasks related to client and matter inception processes.
- Conduct client due‑diligence checks using internal and external databases and assess the level of AML scrutiny required.
- Execute conflict searches, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Provide advice to partners, fee earners and secretaries on AML, inception and conflict matters.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic about risk management and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to research and present information succinctly.
- Desire to build relationships with internal stakeholders.

- Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
- Salary up to £31,000 per annum.
