Junior Creator

About the role

As a Junior Creator you will report directly to the Lead Producer and work closely with them to execute the daily creative vision, align on format execution, and ensure fast‑turnaround and scheduled output meets production standards.

Key responsibilities

• Film and produce engaging short‑form and long‑form video content in studio and on‑location, handling a mix of mobile‑shot social clips and high‑end multi‑cam productions.
• Appear on‑camera for Footballco’s social channels such as GOAL, Front Three and FanZone, bringing your personality and football passion to the audience.
• Perform rough‑cut and short‑form edits using Adobe Premiere and mobile editing tools, tailoring each piece to platform best practices.
• Support day‑to‑day studio and set management, ensuring spaces are dressed, organised and safe before filming.
• Assist with equipment inventory, organisation and maintenance of cameras, lighting, audio and grip gear.
• Collaborate with the Content Team to brainstorm, plan and launch new video concepts, staying on top of social trends and audience analytics.

Required profile

• Previous experience producing social‑media video content, preferably for a sports publisher or creator.
• Strong passion for football and deep understanding of social‑media dynamics.
• Ability to work quickly, stay organised and look ahead in content planning.
• Familiarity with using analytics to gauge performance and inform creative decisions.
