Junior Developer – Booking Journey Platform

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer to join our fast‑growing team in London. You will play a key part in designing, building and optimising booking journeys for a range of clients, helping to drive commercial results through innovative web solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and adapt website designs to meet specific client requirements.
• Work in an agile environment, juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Collaborate with product, design, marketing and client‑facing teams.
• Support migration of client sites to our new booking journey platform.
• Build new booking funnel journeys and enhance existing ones with fresh features and layouts.
• Implement and analyse A/B tests to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and leverage new tools for efficiency.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about building high‑quality web outcomes.
• Proactive self‑starter who can adapt in a rapidly scaling business.
• Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with an eye on conversion optimisation.

Required skills

• Good CSS skills.
• Solid JavaScript knowledge.
• Experience working with WordPress.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS (desirable).
• Experience using Gutenberg blocks within WordPress (desirable).
• Understanding of website testing, analytics and conversion‑rate optimisation.
