Junior Digital Marketing Manager – SaaS

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Manager to drive online growth for a fast‑growing SaaS data lifecycle management platform. Working remotely within the Greater London area, you will develop and execute digital strategies that increase organic visibility, generate inbound pipeline, and support the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content campaigns across multiple brands.
• Track key performance indicators, analyse data, and optimise spend for ROI.
• Oversee keyword strategy, on‑page optimisation, and content planning.
• Maintain social media calendars, engage communities, and grow followers.
• Update website content, run conversion‑rate optimisation tests, and improve user journeys.
• Allocate and monitor digital marketing budgets.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with ability to link organic performance to revenue.
• Comfortable influencing stakeholders in a group or holding‑company environment.
• Experience working in a PE‑backed or portfolio‑company structure is a plus.

Required skills

• Technical SEO expertise: crawl optimisation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, log‑file analysis.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console and GA4.
• Knowledge of AEO and GEO frameworks for AI‑powered search.
• Hands‑on experience with Lovable AI website builder.
• WordPress theme management, plugin ecosystem, and performance optimisation.
