Junior E-Commerce Executive – Paid Social

About the role

Funko.com is looking for a motivated Junior E‑Commerce Executive focused on Paid Social to join its in‑house paid media team in London. You will support the execution, optimisation and analysis of paid social campaigns across global markets, helping to grow the brand’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Pinterest for US and EMEA markets.
• Monitor performance, apply optimisation tactics and proof‑read all campaign assets before launch.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives and participate in A/B testing.
• Analyse campaign data, update performance trackers and prepare regular reports for the paid media team.
• Support audience targeting and segmentation strategies, providing insights on customer personas.
• Track campaign budgets, ensure compliance with budget limits and contribute to optimisation discussions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and engage in training to deepen paid‑media expertise.
• Communicate progress and insights effectively within the team.

Required profile

• Good understanding of paid social channels, particularly Meta and TikTok.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational abilities and proactive attitude.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for pop‑culture and Funko products is a plus.
