About the role
The Client Solutions team at TikTok partners with leading Food & Beverage brands to drive measurable business outcomes through the platform’s advertising solutions. Based in London, you will manage a portfolio of high‑profile CPG and alcohol brands, acting as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary advisor for Food & Beverage clients, delivering full‑funnel solutions and platform innovations.
- Own the end‑to‑end client relationship—from onboarding and strategy to execution, optimisation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Brand Partnerships to secure upsells, renewals, and strategic growth.
- Analyse campaign performance, provide data‑driven insights, and optimise ROI.
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage campaign lifecycles, ensuring asset delivery, spec compliance, and platform readiness.
- Educate clients on new TikTok ad formats, tools, and measurement products.
- Partner with internal Product, Marketing Science, Measurement, and Creative Lab teams to test and scale bespoke solutions.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
Required profile
- Proven experience in client solutions, account management, or digital advertising with a strong client‑facing focus.
- Full professional comfort working with alcohol brands—non‑negotiable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑format advertising campaigns (branding and performance).
- Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Required skills
- Campaign management (setup, monitoring, optimisation).
- Ad tracking and attribution tools such as Pixel, Events API/CAPI, MMPs, SKAN.
- Data analysis and insight generation.
