Key responsibilities

• Advise employers on a broad range of employment law issues.
• Support tribunals and dispute proceedings.
• Draft contracts, policies and employment agreements.
• Manage a varied caseload with increasing autonomy.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor (or about to qualify).
• Some exposure to employment law, either through seat experience or mixed litigation.
• Strong communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Proactive attitude towards learning and development.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
