Junior Family Solicitor (1-4 years PQE) – Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Family Solicitor with 1‑4 years post‑qualification experience to join a respected specialist family law practice in East Croydon. You will manage your own caseload while receiving supervision from senior lawyers and supporting them on more complex matters.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop an individual caseload of family law matters.
• Assist senior solicitors on complex matrimonial finance, divorce, and children cases.
• Provide client liaison with professionalism and empathy.
• Prepare documentation for family law injunctions, TOLATA matters and other specialist areas.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years PQE as a solicitor.
• Experience or exposure to matrimonial finance, divorce, private children law, or family law injunctions.
• Willingness to learn TOLATA matters.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Collaborative mindset and desire for long‑term development.
