About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to join a fully remote technology team. This entry‑level position offers full training and mentorship, making it ideal for recent graduates, bootcamp alumni, self‑taught developers, or junior IT professionals looking to launch a career in software engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, testing and maintaining web applications.
• Support both front‑end and back‑end development tasks.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Test and debug applications to ensure performance and quality.
• Collaborate with designers, senior developers and project teams.
• Participate in code reviews, team meetings and documentation.
• Help with software updates and feature enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong interest in software development and technology.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with front‑end or back‑end concepts.
• Understanding of databases is a plus.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Degree, coding bootcamp, personal projects or equivalent experience.
