Junior IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic team in Chiswick, London. The role focuses on providing first‑line technical assistance, configuring hardware, and managing Microsoft 365 services for end users.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line support to employees via ticketing system and phone.
• Set up and configure laptops, monitors, and other IT equipment.
• Administer Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Assist with user onboarding, account creation, and permission management.
• Log, track, and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Helpdesk role.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience supporting Windows‑based devices.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
