IT Technician

About the role

We are looking for an IT Technician to provide hands‑on hardware and desktop support for our head‑office staff and dealer network across West London. The role combines day‑to‑day troubleshooting with the maintenance of PCs, laptops, printers and network equipment in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for desktops, laptops (Lenovo/Dell/HP), printers, scanners and meeting‑room equipment.
• Diagnose, repair and replace hardware components; perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain the IT asset inventory, including procurement, deployment and lifecycle tracking.
• Install, configure and support Windows 7/10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Create and manage M365 user accounts, permissions and licensing.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding of users and devices.
• Provide basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers) and liaise with external vendors.
• Support dealer‑network systems, remote access tools and digital retail platforms.
• Follow security guidelines, contribute to documentation and support audit activities.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in IT or desktop support, preferably in an enterprise or multi‑site setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to assist users with varying technical knowledge.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tickets simultaneously.

Required skills

• PC and laptop hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Microsoft 365 administration (user creation, licensing, configuration).
• Basic networking concepts – LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches and routers.
• Asset inventory management and documentation.
