Junior Legal Counsel – Commercial & Corporate Law

About the role

McQueen is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to support its global commercial and corporate activities. You will work within a fast‑paced luxury fashion environment, providing legal advice across a range of commercial matters and ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on commercial contracts, technology agreements, distribution and e‑commerce arrangements, consumer law, advertising and marketing matters.
• Coordinate corporate and governance matters for the group of companies.
• Assist with real estate, construction, compliance and data‑protection issues.
• Draft a wide variety of contracts and legal documents.
• Maintain and develop the contracts database and precedent agreements.
• Conduct legal research and provide support to internal teams.

Required profile

• English‑qualified lawyer with 0‑4 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and able to meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
• Helpful, flexible and committed team player.
• French or Italian language skills are desirable but not essential.
