Junior Legal Counsel

About the role

McQueen is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join its in‑house legal team in London. You will support a range of commercial and corporate matters for a global luxury fashion house, working closely with business units to ensure legal compliance and protect the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on commercial contracts, technology agreements, distribution and e‑commerce deals, as well as consumer, advertising and marketing law.
• Coordinate corporate and governance matters across the group of companies.
• Assist with real estate, construction, compliance and data‑protection issues.
• Draft a variety of contracts and legal documents.
• Maintain the contracts database and develop precedent agreements.
• Conduct legal research and support the wider legal team.

Required profile

• English‑qualified lawyer with 0‑4 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and able to meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
• Helpful, flexible and committed team player.
• French or Italian language skills are desirable but not essential.
