Junior Legal Executive Assistant – Corporate & M&A

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Legal Executive Assistant to support partners and rising‑star associates within the Corporate and M&A teams of a prestigious US law firm’s expanding London office. The role offers a hybrid working model, a collaborative culture and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cooperative relationships across practice groups, responding to clients, staff, legal professionals and vendors.
• Draft correspondence and organise complex meetings, diary management and travel arrangements.
• Assist with billing, compliance and expense processes on behalf of lawyers.
• Provide marketing and business‑development support to help grow the practice.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Legal PA or Secretary in a City law firm, preferably within Corporate, Private Equity, Finance, Asset Management or Funds.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent teamwork and a professional attitude.
