Junior Management Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Management Accountant to join our Finance team in Brighton. This developmental role will give you hands‑on experience of month‑end processes, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering within a fast‑moving holiday company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with month‑end closing and preparation of management accounts.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing variance analysis.
• Prepare financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather data and improve reporting processes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented finance professional.
• Currently progressing towards or holding an accounting qualification (AAT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong interest in management accounting and financial analysis.
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce accurate work.
• Team player eager to learn and develop new skills.
