Junior Paraplanner – City of London (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Paraplanner to join a boutique wealth‑planning firm in the City of London, near Moorgate Station. The role offers a hybrid working pattern, with two days a week in the office after the probation period, and provides full training and study support towards a Level 4 diploma.

Key responsibilities

• Draft suitability reports covering pensions, investments, tax planning, retirement planning, CGT and bonds.
• Support two senior advisers and a senior paraplanner within a collaborative pod.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform client recommendations.
• Maintain client data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist with administrative tasks alongside the office administrator.

Required profile

• 6–12 months of paraplanning experience in an independent financial advice firm.
• Completion of 2–3 relevant RO examinations.
• Proven ability to write basic suitability reports.
• Knowledge of pensions, investments, tax and retirement planning.
