Junior Paraplanner – Financial Advisory Support

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Paraplanner to join a high‑performing Advice Delivery Team within an award‑winning financial advisory firm. You will work closely with senior Paraplanners, providing essential research and administrative support throughout the advice process.

Key responsibilities

• Send, monitor and chase Letters of Authority (LOAs) to providers and track submissions.
• Conduct high‑quality research, contacting providers to obtain accurate policy information.
• Record policy details into Provider Information Forms and the Curo system.
• Perform asset allocation research using FEAnalytics and in‑house tools.
• Carry out whole‑of‑market research for protection and annuity quotes.
• Prepare pension illustrations and conduct pension transfer analysis with SelectaPension.
• Maintain client records, construct model portfolios, and draft simple advice letters under supervision.
• Collaborate regularly with advisers, Paraplanners and CSAs, and support ad‑hoc projects as required.

Required profile

• Current experience in a Junior Paraplanning role.
• Ability to work as part of a productive, high‑performing team.

What we offer
