Junior Pricing Analyst

About the role

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Junior Pricing Analyst on a 12‑month fixed‑term maternity cover to join the Brand Positioning team in Watford. You will act as the primary contact for all price‑related matters, supporting cross‑brand and cross‑channel functions within the EMEA Buying, Planning and Allocation team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute operational price activities to ensure accurate price positioning and alignment.
• Analyze internal and external pricing data, delivering insights, trends and recommendations.
• Monitor currency fluctuations and FX rates, proposing price adjustments when needed.
• Influence pricing tactics and strategies across the business.
• Maintain and improve price performance monitoring tools.
• Manage local new price settings, exception requests and stakeholder communications.
• Suggest process and operational improvements and assess the impact of potential price changes.
• Collaborate with operational, IT, Data Analytics and cross‑functional teams to evaluate end‑to‑end change impacts.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with experience or interest in FMCG, distribution or fashion retail.
• Critical thinker, self‑starter and highly organized.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with internal partners.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent English and a concrete passion for diversity and inclusion.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
